Description
- Remove old insulation and dispose of it properly
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements
- Determine the amount and type of insulation needed
- Measure and cut insulation to fit into walls and around pipes and Valves
- Fasten insulation in place with SS Wire or SS Bands
- Installing Refractory Insulation materials inside Furnaces
- Install Metal Weather barriers to protect insulation from moisture
- Follow safety guidelines
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen (subject to random drug testing).
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have 2 valid forms of Identification.
- Insulation: 3 years (Preferred)
- TWIC
- NCCER (recommended)
