ROLE DESCRIPTION:As an Insurance Account Representative for State Farm Agent Brian Robinson, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.Grow your career as you improve your community. As an attentive, sociable, andsales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieve production goals. THIS IS A SALES POSITION.
  • Provideexceptional customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be licensed with the state of Illinois in property and casualty.
  • Upon hire, must obtain license in the state of Indiana in property and casualty.
  • Highly self motivated. 
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
Compensation: $48,000.00 per year
