Salary Range: $55000.00 - $100000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission+ Bonus Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Advancement Opportunity Benefit Package Responsibilities Train directly with a successful, established Farmers agency owner to learn the business from the inside out Quote and Sell Auto, Home, Life and Business Insurance Solutions Warm Lead generation system provided Participate in the University of Farmers "award-winning" training program Build long-term client relationships and grow your portfolio while delivering exceptional customer service Learn sales, leadership, and business management from a Top Performing Mentor Agent Shadow Agency Mentor on strategic business planning, recruiting, and staff development Achieve and exceed Trainee and Mentorship Program goals with guidance and mentorship This is a paid Trainee and Mentorship Program, lasting 6-12 months, that positions you for elite program graduation opportunities including a $4,000 graduation BONUS and $5,000 sign on BONUS with Farmers Insurance! Requirements Top Performing Sales Leaders with 3+ years sales experience and measurable success required Experienced Property & Casualty Producers and/or Life & Health Producers Entrepreneurial drive with a passion to lead and grow a business Coachable, motivated, and resilient Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster and build client relationships and become a center of influence
