Job Description
Are you a competitive, relationship-driven professional with a passion for sales? Farmers Insurance is looking for an Insurance Sales Team Member who’s ready to help clients protect what matters most while building a rewarding, long-term career.
This role combines outbound selling, client service, and consultative insurance advising. If you’re someone who enjoys making connections, solving problems, and being part of a winning team — we want to hear from you.
Sales experience and a strong desire to meet or exceed performance goals is required for consideration.

What You'll Do
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll:
Prospect new clients through outbound calling, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals
Assess client needs and offer tailored insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
Sell and cross-sell products to meet monthly production goals
Follow up on open quotes and warm leads provided by the agency
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Stay organized using CRM tools and ensure policy documents and records are accurate
Actively participate in sales trainings, team meetings, and growth initiatives
What You Bring
The ideal Insurance Sales Team Member is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and coachable. We’re looking for candidates with:
At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfort with outbound calls, digital communication, and in-person interactions
A results-driven mindset and commitment to professional growth
Ability to learn insurance products, systems, and compliance quickly
Property & Casualty and/or Life license preferred (or willingness to become licensed)
Fluency in a second language is a plus
