Job Description
Are you a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional ready to make a real impact? We’re hiring a Hybrid Insurance Sales Team Member to join our dynamic and fast-paced team at Farmers Insurance.
This is a hybrid role, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility—after the initial 60 days of training and onboarding in the office. To be eligible, applicants must reside within one hour of our office to ensure accessibility for required in-person meetings, training, and client interactions.

Role Responsibilities
As a Hybrid Insurance Sales Team Member, you will:
Generate new business through warm and cold leads, referrals, and local outreach
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend customized insurance plans
Sell and cross-sell a range of products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and consistently follow up
Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to agency success
Provide excellent customer service to foster lasting client relationships
Document all activity in the agency CRM system and keep records current
Stay informed on new products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes
Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for someone who is goal-oriented, persuasive, and a natural relationship builder. Successful candidates will typically have:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Excellent communication and closing skills
Confidence in conducting outbound calls and virtual/in-person consultations
A growth mindset and the ability to take coaching and feedback
Effective organizational and time management habits
Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health License (preferred) or willingness to obtain
Must live within one hour of our office to meet on-site requirements
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
