Role Responsibilities
As an Insurance Sales Team Member, you will:
Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance plans.
Sell and cross-sell a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly production goals and performance metrics.
Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry updates.
Qualifications & Skills
We’re seeking a driven sales professional who excels in communication and relationship-building. Qualified candidates should have:
Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Active Michigan Property & Casualty License (required).
Active Michigan Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
