Job Description
The Integration Manager is an operations function that reports to the regional Do Work leader responsible for the associated region, and to the National Integration Manager. The Regional Do Work leader provides direction on regional priorities, support needs, and initiatives. The National Integration Manager provides direction on company-level initiatives, best practices, standards and company-wide support needs.
Role Summary
The Integration Manager is a technical role focused on driving operations and project controls consistency across DPR. Integration Managers are a regional-level resource and engage in both supporting projects within their respective regions, and in supporting DPR's journey Ever Forward by developing practices and supporting content to help our teams execute work better. This role gets deep into the project management tools, software, workflows, data and metrics that drive success and accountability on our projects.
Project Support
Integration Managers assist DPR project teams in project execution planning by engaging project and Do Work teams together in Integrated Kickoff meetings, and further by providing workshops, creating and leading technical training sessions, and detailed support to project teams outside of those meetings.
Integration Managers proactively engage with projects based on regionally defined criteria that can include a specific project dollar volume, or individually defined high risk projects that fall below that dollar volume.
In follow up to Integrated Kickoff meetings, Integration Managers provide project teams with action plans based on the discussion during the meeting and often are responsible for follow-up actions themself. The Integration Manager works in coordination with other Do Work resources on a regular basis to determine which teams should be followed up with.
Integration Managers work to ensure that project process outcomes align with Project specific needs and DPR's Corporate Strategies of Data, VDC, Prefabrication, Design to build and Self-Performed Work.
Company-Level Support
At the company level Integration Managers bring their regional experience with projects to contribute to company-level initiatives. The Integration Manager supports innovation and the strategic initiatives that are active within the region.
