Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and synchronized inventory data across multiple systems. This role involves resolving synchronization issues, conducting reconciliations, addressing interface errors, and shadowing cycle counting activities.
Key fundamental skill sets for this role will be:
- Inventory Sync
o a. Resolve sync issues between STORIS (Arhaus) systems.
o Perform monthly reconciliations to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Interface Errors
o Review warehouse management interface errors daily.
o Conduct extensive research to identify the source of errors.
o Provide feedback and execute necessary tasks to resolve interface issues.
- Various Inventory Duties
o Assist with miscellaneous inventory-related tasks as needed.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address ad-hoc inventory requirements.
Competencies and Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, specifically Manhattan and STORIS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills to provide feedback and collaborate with different teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of best practices in inventory management.
