A day in the life:
In the dynamic role of Lead, Inventory Control, you'll take charge and inspire a team of Inventory Coordinators, guiding them through daily, weekly, and monthly strategies to ensure our inventory of finished products and raw materials is top-notch. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining and updating company inventory across multiple remote plants and warehouses, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the success of our exciting lifestyle brands. The impact you'll make:
- Execute daily and weekly reports to ensure Coordinators are maintaining daily job duties timely.
- Organize, prioritize, and control job responsibilities to meet operational deadlines.
- Apply knowledge and demonstrates understanding of inventory concepts as it relates to First In, First Out (FIFO)/First Expired, First Out (FEFO).
- Prepares reconciliation of physical inventories and update inventory balances for each facility to the SAP inventory balance monthly and quarterly.
- Recognize discrepancies in reports and research the source of the error and plan a solution.
- Work directly with facility contacts to resolve any cut-off issues, production reporting delays, and count adjustments, etc.
- Attend and audit physical inventory processes of company facilities at the discretion of management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with production facility/warehouse contacts.
Who you are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Business Analytics, Accounting, or similar field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in inventory related role
- Additional Experience Desired: of experience in
- Computer Skills Desired: Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated hourly rate of $26.00 - $35.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
