Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inventory and supporting maintenance and administrative tasks in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control (Primary)

  • Issue and track inventory usage for workers
  • Order supplies and materials as needed
  • Conduct regular inventory and cycle counts
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

Maintenance Support

  • Enter and manage work orders in the maintenance system
  • Support Preventive Maintenance (PM) scheduling and tracking
  • Assist with maintenance documentation and recordkeeping

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory software)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment

Preferred:

  • Mechanical or technical background
  • Previous inventory or warehouse experience
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Compensation is based on experience
