Job Description:
Full-time position based at our manufacturing facility with responsibility at this location for maintaining inventory systems accuracy, developing and enforcing inventory control policies, and ensuring inventory needs are met while assisting with other planning and operations tasks as needed.
Shift available 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities:
Perform regular cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, institute policies to prevent future problems, and prepare inventory accuracy reports
Monitor inventory system to ensure orders process properly and assist IT department as needed to resolve issues
Perform regular inventory reconciliations
Track inventory accuracy for contract manufacturers, and all company locations
Oversee inventory movements between contract manufactures to ensure all transactions are completed accurately and timely
Track and report operational KPIs and assist with validating inventory processes
Assist call center, production, international markets and other departments as needed with inventory issues
Verify and assist with cycle and physical inventory counts; monitor obsolete, discontinued, or expired inventory and complete inventory disposition
Process internal product requisitions
Other operational tasks as needed
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be proficient in English communication (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) for safety and other purposes
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects concurrently
Math proficiency
Quick learner and attention to detail
Ability to work toward and meet specified deadlines
Ability to lift 35-50 lbs repeatedly and remain on your feet for at least 8 hours
Understanding of various supply chain functions
