ASCO Equipment has a career opportunity for an Inventory Analyst in Round Rock, Texas. This position supports the general functions of the sales programs and is a support role to Sales and Marketing. This position on our special programs staff, for someone looking to start a long term career working closely with a dynamic team that helps set you up for future success with ASCO. The Inventory and Data Analyst will be responsible for a variety of different functions including but not limited to:
- Identify inventory needs and trends by studying the current, past and future inventory levels
- Receive, identify, and manage the equipment inventory
- Administer monthly/quarterly spot inventories and full quarterly inventories
- Accurately process equipment invoices in a timely manner
- Coordinating upcoming programs with manufactures as needed
- Various other administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration or a general business background. Financial/Data/Marketing/Communications (relevant work experience considered as an alternative)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and data entry skills
- Ability to work on complex and detail oriented tasks utilizing judgment, tact, and resourcefulness
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, adjust to changes, and to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to keep accurate records, to assemble and organize data, and to prepare/submit reports in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced computer literacy and expert level spreadsheets user
- Have a positive and upbeat outlook and takes pride in their work
