Job Description
Inventory LeadSigma Design is a product development, engineering, and manufacturing firm. Based out of the Pacific Northwest, we offer innovative concept through production services to diverse clients around the globe. Sigma Design believes in hiring, developing, and recognizing the best. - This position will be In-Office at our client's facility in Redmond, WA
- Pay range: $90,000-120,000
- Conduct inventory transfers and execute inventory adjustments
- Develop and document proper inventory management processes and standards to meet company goals
- Investigate and resolve inconsistencies with inventory
- Use ERP and other resources to monitor demand and to forecast potential inventory issues
- Prepare reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
- Schedule and perform cycle counts
- Track and report on non-conforming, damaged, or obsolete parts/products
- Make recommendations to leadership about improvements in inventory life cycle
- Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.
- Associates of Science or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 of relevant work experience preferred
- Experience with ISO9001 and AS9100
- Knowledge of supply chain life cycle (including accounting impacts and cost centers)
- Self-starter mindset and the ability to create and implement processes
- Experience working with bills of materials (BOMs)
- Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
- Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, both within and outside one's own work group
- Demonstrate commitment and adherence to Sigma Design Core Values
- Pass a post-offer background verification
