In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee both inventory and fleet operations, ensuring that field teams have the right tools, materials, and vehicles to deliver exceptional results. Manage inventory operations for field teams, including materials, smart home tech, and repair tools.
Track inventory levels and notify the Inventory Supervisor of low stock or replenishment needs.
Assist with purchasing materials for maintenance and construction projects following approved processes.
Support monthly inventory reconciliations and assist accounting with variance resolution.
Partner with construction and maintenance leaders to forecast future inventory needs.
Oversee fleet management for field vehicles, including maintenance scheduling and policy compliance.
Monitor telematics and GPS tracking systems to ensure efficient and compliant fleet usage.
Maintain accurate data in the third-party inventory management system.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned.

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, or fleet management (SFR or property management preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
A proactive, motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable and comfortable managing ambiguity and change.

Location & Schedule:

This position is based at the client’s downtown Dallas office. A hybrid schedule may be available for qualified candidates.
