- Manage inventory operations for field teams, including materials, smart home tech, and repair tools.
- Track inventory levels and notify the Inventory Supervisor of low stock or replenishment needs.
- Assist with purchasing materials for maintenance and construction projects following approved processes.
- Support monthly inventory reconciliations and assist accounting with variance resolution.
- Partner with construction and maintenance leaders to forecast future inventory needs.
- Oversee fleet management for field vehicles, including maintenance scheduling and policy compliance.
- Monitor telematics and GPS tracking systems to ensure efficient and compliant fleet usage.
- Maintain accurate data in the third-party inventory management system.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, or fleet management (SFR or property management preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- A proactive, motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable managing ambiguity and change.
- This position is based at the client’s downtown Dallas office. A hybrid schedule may be available for qualified candidates.
