Your role at Clorox:

Hidden Valley Ranch is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory operations within SAP and EWM systems. The Inventory Systems Analyst supports warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring inventory management systems function effectively and accurately. This role works closely with warehouse leadership, supply chain teams, and IT to troubleshoot system issues, maintain accurate inventory, and optimize workflows within systems such as SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, MES or other platforms. The analyst ensures that warehouse operations run smoothly, inventory discrepancies are minimized, and continuous improvements are identified and implemented.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Must be able to work flexible hours and/or overtime as needed)

Pay Range: $28.00 - $34.00 / Hour

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse operations teams regarding system-related inventory issues.
  • Monitor inventory transactions in SAP EWM/WMS to ensure accuracy of stock levels and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Support and troubleshoot daily warehouse execution activities (receiving, put-away, picking, cycle counting, PGI, scrapping).
  • Conduct root cause analysis on inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update system configurations related to storage bins, stock types, and movement types.
  • Assist with creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for system usage.
  • Partner with operations teams to identify process improvements and drive automation within inventory workflows.
  • Support cycle counting, physical inventory activities, and reconciliation processes.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory accuracy, bin utilization, and system performance KPIs.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and go-live support for system enhancements, upgrades, or new functionalities.
  • Collaborate with IT and supply chain to support integrations between ERP/WMS systems and transportation or planning systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours and/or overtime as needed

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

  • 2-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain systems environment.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, MES or another Warehouse Management System. Emphasis on SAP EWM and S/4HANA

  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and inventory control.

  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate effectively across warehouse, operations, and IT teams.

  • For internal candidates: Must be at least Level 4 Skill Block with SAP and/or EWM experience.
