• Full-time schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional extended hours/holidays.
• Location: 30955 US-93, Ely, NV 89301

• Maintain inventory accuracy across plants in process, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Perform regular inventory audits and ensure compliance with cannabis regulations.
• Document and track product flow in METRC, Distru, and internal systems.
• Support order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping processes with precision.
• Collaborate with sales, compliance, and production teams to ensure product availability.
• Keep inventory “audit-ready” at all times while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Work in various greenhouse departments and additional projects as needed. 

• 21+ years old and able to obtain a Nevada Cannabis Agent Card.
• 1+ years of experience in admin, inventory, logistics, data entry, or supply chain (cannabis experience a plus).
• Familiarity with inventory software; METRC experience highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team operations.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift.
• Comfortable working in a greenhouse/post-harvest environment with changing temps and humidity.
• Manual dexterity for handling, packaging, labeling, and scanning products.
• Exposure to plant odors, dust, and repetitive motion tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the day 
• Visual acuity to inspect product quality, labeling, and inventory documentation 
• Occasional use of ladders or step stools for inventory access
