Under the Pinnacle umbrella, we are working with a Montvale, NJ-based alternative lending company specializing in merchant cash advances and business funding solutions. They fund real deals, pay on time, and back their ISO partners with the resources they need to close more business. Now they're bringing on a full-time ISO representative to work directly with their team and scale deal flow.

Role Overview

As an ISO Representative, you'll recruit independent sales organizations (ISOs) and brokers to partner with the company, maintain those relationships to ensure they send deals, and support them throughout the funding process. This is a 100% commission role for someone who knows how to build networks, maintain relationships, and drive consistent deal flow. You'll work in-office in Montvale, NJ, with direct access to underwriting, fast approvals, and a team that actually supports your success.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit New ISOs: Prospect and sign up independent brokers, ISOs, and sales organizations to partner with the company.
  • Build Your Network: Attend industry events, leverage LinkedIn, make calls, and use your existing relationships to expand the company's ISO base.
  • Maintain Relationships: Stay in constant contact with ISOs through calls, texts, emails, lunches, coffee meetings, etc.
  • Support ISO Partners: Answer questions, provide deal status updates, help ISOs navigate the underwriting process, and solve problems quickly.
  • Drive Deal Flow: Ensure your ISOs are consistently sending deals to the company instead of competitors.
  • Educate ISOs: Train new brokers on the company's products, rates, underwriting criteria, and submission process.
  • Track Performance: Monitor which ISOs are producing, which need attention, and where opportunities exist to increase volume.
  • Collaborate In-Office: Work directly with the team in Montvale to streamline approvals and maximize closings.

Qualifications

  • Experienced ISO: 1+ years as an ISO representative or in MCA industry. You already know the broker community and how ISOs operate.
  • Proven Track Record: You've built relationships with brokers/ISOs and driven deal flow in alternative lending.
  • Strong Network: You already know brokers, ISOs, or can build relationships quickly.
  • Relationship-Driven: You're a connector. People like you, trust you, and want to work with you.
  • Persistent Communicator: You stay in touch, follow up relentlessly, and don't let relationships go cold.
  • Local to Montvale, NJ Area: This is an in-office role. You need to be able to work on-site in Montvale.
  • Self-Motivated: 100% commission means you control your income. No ceiling, no excuses.
  • Strong Communicator: You can pitch, negotiate, and build trust with ISOs and broker partners.
  • MCA Knowledge: You understand deal structures, factor rates, holdbacks, and how to position MCA products effectively.
