Salary Range

$116,300.00 - $174,425.00

The IT, Project Manager 4 responsibilities include:

Program Manager for Yale's Cultural Heritage IT (CHIT) Collaboration and Project Manager for Integrating Cultural Contexts project (ICC)

Align efforts across CHIT collaboration current and post-project operational work, including the ICC project, Environmental Monitoring project, LUX, and development of new collaboration initiatives.

Coordinate and facilitate activities of multiple working groups, committees and communities of practice. Ensure communications across the CHIT program, including leadership, stakeholders and users.

Coordinate ITS development, implementation and support of CHIT projects and initiatives. Monitor priorities, timelines, deliverables, goals.

In consultation with committee chairs and project leads, set meeting logistics, prepare agendas, provide notes and other documentation

Manage budget, resourcing, schedule, gating, monthly project reviews, annual planning, and other ITS project management activities for Cultural Heritage projects

Principal Responsibilities

  1. Lead multiple complex projects; oversee and manage the planning, implementation, communication, tracking and reporting. 2. Work with business leadership to define scope. Advise and assist senior staff and/or other clients in the formulation of project budget, project fiscal management. 3. Responsible for the full range of the project management lifecycle: discovery initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling, and closing. 4. Lead the design and development of project plans and interact regularly with project sponsors, stakeholders, project teams and others in completion of the work and communicating status. 5. Review progress of projects and recommend and support improvement strategies where needed. 6. Provide expertise and consulting to project managers and other units in project management methodology. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree and seven years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
