Job Description

Environment Control is hiring a full-time, evening/night Supervisor for the Lewiston/Clarkston area! The responsibilities of this position include coverage for basic janitorial duties as needed, knowledge of assigned area, training of new hires, supervision of 25+ employees, customer satisfaction, utilization of smart phone for work tasks, and a strong commitment to completing all assigned work tasks. The position requires regular travel daily throughout the assigned area with your own vehicle.What We’re Looking For:

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Train new hires.
  • Effectively manage labor.
  • Effectively handle customer issues and resolve problems. The quality of service determines the security of each customer.
  • Complete all formal inspection reports in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all employees are trained properly and are aware of company policies.
  • Communicate hiring needs.
  • Utilize electronic ticketing system.
  • Ensure all cleaning in the assigned area is completed, including covering cleaning duties as needed.
  • Attend all company meetings.
  • All other tasks/duties assigned within the scope of the Supervisor position.
What You'll Need:
  • Must have 1 year of management experience.
  • Training experience (preferred).
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
  • Must have own vehicle and willingness to utilize it for work purposes.
  • Must complete a background check. 
  • Must have working smart phone and willingness to utilize it for work purposes.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to carry and lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with an ability to problem solve independently.
  • Must have Limited Working Proficiency (Level 2 - Intermediate) in English. Bilingual applicants are highly recommended to apply!
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
