Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications to support HR functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java and related technologies.
• Familiarity with framework such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with database management systems including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
