Are you a skilled pressman looking for a stable career with a trusted, union print shop? At Kelly Press Inc., we've built our reputation on quality craftsmanship and reliable service for over 50 years. We are currently hiring experienced Pressmen to run and maintain our 6-Color 40" Heidelberg SM- 102 Press with Aqueous Coater and 2-Color Jet Press in our Cheverly, MD facility.

What You'll Do:
- Operate and maintain a 6-color press or 2 Color Jet Press to produce top-quality printed products.
- Read and follow job specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare press with correct plates, inks, and paper stock.
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot press for optimal output.
- Inspect and monitor print quality throughout every job, ensuring consistency with client expectations.
- Perform regular maintenance on all press components to keep press in optimal condition.
- Follow all safety rules and work collaboratively with supervisors.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Experience operating 6-color press or Jet Press equipment.
- Ability to read and understand job jackets and convert specifications into quality production.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 100lbs, bend/squat in press units, and stand/walk most of the shift.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to get the job done.
