Job Description
We’re a fast-growing marketing and events firm seeking an Entry Level Junior Account Executive to join our expanding team! What You’ll Do as a Junior Account Executive:
Act as a liaison between clients, nonprofit partners, and internal teams
Assist with planning and executing promotional events, live marketing campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
Support account management to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Contribute to lead generation, customer engagement, and sales presentations
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to leadership
Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to maximize results
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
What We’re Looking For:
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
Coachable, team-oriented, and motivated to succeed
Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus—but no experience is required (we provide full training!)
