Job Description
The Opportunity: As a Junior S2AS Equipment Trainer, you will support the delivery of S2AS training and build technical expertise in electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) management, electronic warfare (EW), and signals intelligence (SIGINT). You will assist senior trainers in preparing and executing training events while gaining the skills needed to independently deliver training in the future.

- Assist with delivery of S2AS training in classroom, lab, and field environments.
- Support hands-on instruction in the setup, operation, and sustainment of S2AS capabilities.
- Shadow mid-level and senior trainers to gain technical and instructional experience.
- Contribute to training documentation, equipment accountability, and after-action reviews.
- Develop working knowledge of spectrum management and EW/SIGINT operations.
- Maintain a Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications:
- Current Secret security clearance.
- Minimum of 2 years of military/DOD experience.
- Basic experience in electromagnetic spectrum management, EW, or SIGINT operations.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in garrison and field environments.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or progress toward degree.
- Familiarity with Army training methods and doctrine.
- Prior exposure to electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) or electronic warfare (EW) skill sets.
