Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Programmatic Ad Operations Executive to drive advertising strategies, manage campaigns, and deliver data-driven insights. The role includes setting KPIs, optimizing media plans, managing budgets, proof-checking materials, and tracking performance metrics. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and team players who stay updated on media trends and best practices.
What You'll Do:
- Undergo training and work side by side with Vietnam Ops
- Will be responsible for determining KPIs in media plans
- Develop advertising strategies and campaigns with the Strategic Planning team to most effectively reach the desired audience and objectives
- Proof check advertising material/s and copy/ies before launching campaigns.
- Coordinate and oversee the development and launch of campaigns.
- Be on top to ensure the most cost-effective deal structures.
- Recommend optimization strategies if needed.
- Manage budgets and monitor campaigns costs and ROI metrics.
- Track and present campaign data such as views, click-throughs rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates through Data Studio Report.
- Build and maintain a network of platforms and PICs
- Continuously monitor and research on audience and media trends, best practices, and new technologies.
- Be able to provide sound insights and effective data storytelling
- Work side by side with the Department Head or Senior Strategic Planning Executive for campaigns and BAUs
- Conduct market research and analyze demographics, media usage, psychographic, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements.
- Be a proactive part of the team but must be a great team player as well.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in media planning, advertising, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking, reporting, and data storytelling (e.g., Google Data Studio).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
