Location: This role should be remote based near the HQ of one of the key customers in the US or out of the Hackensack office, 2-3 days per week
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive growth and build strong relationships with some of our most important customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering business results across major accounts, focusing on our Spreads portfolio, expanding the Violife Dairy-Free Cheese brand, and introducing exciting new categories like Coffee Creamers and Non-Dairy Whipping Cream.
This is a high-impact position that requires strong business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and proven experience managing major accounts in the CPG space.
What You'll Do
- Achieve agreed targets for profit, volume, distribution, and other key metrics.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for new and existing business.
- Build and maintain strong, value-driven relationships with key customers.
- Negotiate contractual terms to maximize ROI for Flora Food US.
- Partner with our broker, Advantage Solutions, to monitor and evaluate business trends.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in direct account management within CPG sales, including broker management.
- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence.
- Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of P&L management, financial projections, and key metrics.
- Familiarity with sales planning systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to travel for customer visits and team meetings.
- Passion for building brands and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
