Laborer

Camino Real Landfill currently has an opening for a candidate that can work at our facility as a Laborer located in Sunland Park, NM.

M-F with some Saturdays.

Start Time: 7am - done (40-50 hours per week)

Pay: $17.00 per hour

The Position

Waste Connections is looking for a Laborer to join our team at our Camino Real Landfill location in Sunland Park, NM. This is a full time, long term position with benefits!

Responsibilities Include:

• Sort Co-mingled material
• Cleaning Equipment
• Picking up litter
• General site cleanup
• Washing Trucks
• Container Assembly
• Other assigned Laborer duties

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience.  Preferably in a labor type position.
• The ability to continually lift up to 75lbs repeatedly throughout an 8 hr shift.
• Experience operating equipment is a plus
• Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift
