Are you a skilled landscape construction professional ready to take the lead? Russo Landscapes is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Crew Leader to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in hands-on landscape construction, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for managing projects from start to finish, this is the opportunity for you. Lead a dedicated crew, oversee high-quality installations, and play a key role in transforming outdoor spaces while ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-notch craftsmanship every step of the way. If you’re looking for a rewarding role where your leadership and experience truly make an impact, we want to hear from you! Must be Knowledgeable & Capable:
- Rough & finish grade with skid steer, excavator, dingo
- Drainage & irrigation systems installation
- Modular block, natural stone & timber retaining wall installation
- Pavers, flagstone & concrete installation for patios, walkways & driveways
- Sod, tree, shrub & flower installation; identification
- Landscape lighting installation
- Truck, trailer, equipment operation & management
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
Preferred Additional Knowledge and Capabilities:
- Utilize & implement transit into daily construction
- Masonry; brick, stacked stone
- Pergola, fencing, outdoor kitchen framing
- Water feature installation
- Basic equipment maintenance & repair

Schedule:
- Manage a crew of 2-4
- Work scheduled Monday–Friday
- Start work day at 7:00 a.m.
- End work day fluctuates 5:00-6:30 p.m.
