Job Description
We’re hiring a hands-on Landscape Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and high-end landscape construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, field experience, and the ability to run jobs with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a crew of 2–4 on landscape construction projects
- Operate equipment and perform demolition, grading, planting, and site prep
- Coordinate on-site with subcontractors, architects, and clients
- Maintain daily job documentation and reporting
- Enforce safety standards and professional jobsite conduct
Requirements
- Experience leading landscape construction crews
- Strong knowledge of equipment operation and site work
- Ability to manage crews, schedules, and field logistics
- Safety-focused, reliable, and professional leadership style
