Job Description
Pacific West Construction and Maintenance is looking for a Full-Time Landscaper!
What you'll be doing
Join our landscaping crew and help maintain the exteriors of our various Seattle properties. An eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and the drive to improve are some qualities we look for in the right candidate. Some of the duties include:
- Maintain apartment building lawns, garden beds, roofs and gutters
- Irrigation systems
- Container pots and hanging baskets
- Pressure washing and graffiti removal
What we need from you
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Be comfortable working with power tools
- Learning and cooperative attitude
