Job Description

Quiet Village Landscaping is seeking a Landscaping Construction Project Manager to join our team!

Compensation and Benefits for our Landscaping Construction Project Manager:

  • Top of the industry starting pay between $75,000 to $110,000 based on experience

Requirements for our Landscaping Construction Project Manager:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in landscape or hardscape construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, outdoor kitchens, drainage systems, etc.), and grading
  • Valid driver's license and insurable on company insurance policy
  • Proficiency in reading construction plans and interpreting design specifications
  • Strong command of project management software, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and materials management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing design/build and hardscape construction projects from initial site evaluation to final walkthrough
  • Collaborating with the design team during pre-construction to finalize plans, material selection, and build feasibility
  • Preparing comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and work schedules
  • Overseeing day-to-day field operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution of construction tasks
  • Coordinating construction crews, equipment, and material deliveries to job sites and managing subcontractor work and ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or other senior leadership
