Job Description

Landscaping Maintenance Manager needed for fast-moving, growing business!

Our client has the perfect Landscaping Maintenance Division Manager opportunity for you! They are a dynamic, growth-focused and progressive landscape design, installation and maintenance company, located near the coastal region of Northern Carolina.

Our client's culture and core values require someone with a strategic approach, strong work ethic, integrity, initiative, attention to detail, and adaptability. The Landscaping Maintenance Division Manager position will lead a team of professionals to grow a profitable, high quality, data-driven organization to our next revenue milestone of $5MM.

The expected pay range for this position is $90,000-$100,000 annually (based on experience) including performance-based pay incentives, plus quarterly team profit-sharing bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the strategic operations of the team including long-term planning for contract performance and profitability.
  • Monitoring maintenance, enhancement, irrigation and lawn care contracts to ensure high quality outcomes with efficient practices.
  • Executing the company's strategic objectives by leading initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and process improvements within the Maintenance Division.
  • Coaching and empowering the Maintenance Division leadership team to create actionable strategies for achieving department goals, emphasizing lean, systematic approaches.
  • Cultivating a high-performance culture by coaching supervisors and team members, focusing on skill development and employee retention.
  • Driving department sales, retention and contract administration to meet or exceed growth and profitability targets.
  • Developing competitive pricing strategies and monitoring vendor pricing to maintain cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading and growing a residential Landscape Maintenance Division of $5MM+.
  • Experience leading a data driven organization, leveraging software such as Aspire or LMN.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams, including experience leading other managers.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military leadership experience required.
  • Expertise in horticulture and large-scale landscape project management.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
