For over 20 years, Goodin Lawncare has been trusted by homeowners and businesses across Nashville and the surrounding area to deliver exceptional lawn and landscaping maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, and lighting services. Our reputation is built on reliable service, skilled crews, and properties that consistently look their best.
We're growing, and we're looking for a Landscaping Production Manager to lead our field operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll set the pace, coach teams, and ensure projects are completed with efficiency, quality, and pride.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional landscaping experience (maintenance & installation)
- 3+ years managing crews in the field
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
- A motivated, energetic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
Your Role as Landscaping Production Manager
- Lead and organize daily crew schedules and workloads
- Coach, motivate, and support team members to work safely, efficiently, and with pride
- Maintain a sharp focus on quality, ensuring every property meets Goodin standards
- Oversee trucks, equipment, and resources to keep operations running smoothly
- Conduct property visits to monitor quality, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance and improve landscapes
