Job Description

A.* Buckley Landscaping has an excellent opportunity for a Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our team This is an amazing opportunity for individuals seeking to establish a career with a growing organization. This means your ideas and recommendations will have a meaningful impact on the day-to-day operations of the organization.

  • * Base pay of $60,000 to 65,000 annually depending on experience, plus opportunities for commission

  • Requirements for our Landscaping Sales Specialist:

  • * Previous experience in landscaping;
  • * Knowledge of landscape installation for landscape enhancement projects;
  • * Broad knowledge of horticulture and landscape design and construction;
  • * Basic knowledge of materials and labor costs;
  • * Excellent interpersonal communication skills, spoken and written, internally and externally;
  • * A strong sales mentality:
  • * A working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel;
  • * Previous CRM experience is required;
  • * A valid drivers license and clear Motor Vehicle Report required.
  • Responsibilities for our Landscaping Sales Specialist:

  • * Implementing sales strategies and tactics in order to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals;
  • * Conducting client and prospect visits in order to sell landscaping services;
  • * Identifying and developing new client relationships;
  • * Developing ongoing client relationships;
  • * Attending networking events to develop new business opportunities;
  • * Developing strategic partner relationships to create an ongoing pipeline of referrals;
  • * Participating in marketing services to current clients and developing referrals for new work sources;
  • * Creating and designing proposals for projects based on information gathered in client meetings, ensuring proposals are accurate and set the team up for success;
  • * Managing a snow portfolio during winter months;
  • •* Other duties as assigned.
