Job Description
Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital- Haverhill MassLaundry Aide Full Time: Monday-Friday, every other weekend and some holidays5:00am- 1:30pm$16-$18.50 per hourResponsibilities:
- Collection of soiled linens from nursing units
- Wash, sanitize and dry linens using proper body mechanics
- Properly operates washer and dryer machines
- Abides by infection control policy and procedures
- Sorts clean linen, folds and distributes appropriately
- Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of machines
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Laundry experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Must be reliable and a good team member
