Job Description

We are currently looking for Field Supervisors - both Roofers and HVAC (LAUSD CM-FS-1025-44-R and LAUSD CM-FS-1025-44-H) for our contract with Los Angeles Unified School District.

We are accepting applications for this position through 10/14/25 (HVAC) and 10/15/25 (Roofer) @ 9amAuthorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Simplex is required. This is an on-site, long term job. You must be located in Southern California. NO relocation funds, and NO per diem.

Minimum Requirements

Required Experience/Skills:

Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
Candidates without a bachelor’s degree must have at least 10 years of experience. Four of the ten years of experience may be substituted for the required degree on a year-for year basis

Experience

6 or more years full time paid professional experience working with on-site construction management teams as well as with campus administrators, faculty and staff.

Compensation:The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
