We are seeking motivated and coachable Lead-Based Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role works from a steady flow of warm leads and follows a proven system supported by experienced leaders. Full training is provided, and long-term residual income offers strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with warm leads provided by the company
- Collect customer data and enter it accurately into the system
- Prepare and submit sales forms and required documentation
- Help clients understand available options and choose the best fit
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records
- Meet weekly activity and performance goals
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check
- Phone, computer, and reliable Wi-Fi
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and open to coaching
- Organized and able to follow a step-by-step sales process
Preferred Experience
- 1 year of sales experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
