As a Lead Caregiver, you'll ensure every client receives top-quality care while supporting and mentoring a team of caregivers. You'll play a key role in fostering a collaborative, compassionate work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional care and support to seniors, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
Mentor, guide, and support other caregivers.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to implement personalized care plans.
Maintain accurate client care records.
Promote a positive, team-oriented work culture.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in senior care or a related field.
CNA or HHA certification preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active vehicle insurance.
Administrative skills and willingness to travel throughout the service area.
Ability to pass a background check.
