What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate on‑site work across various trades
- Ensure projects are completed to high standards of quality and safety
- Mentor and guide team members in craftsmanship and client service
- Represent Ace Handyman Services with professionalism on every job site
Requirements
What You’ll Bring (Must‑Have):
- 5+ years of multi‑trade experience (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, painting)
- Own reliable vehicle (truck/van) and toolkit
- Strong communication & customer service skills — client, supplier, and team interactions
- Leadership ability — overseeing projects, small‑crew management, diagnosing and directing field work
- Professional presentation — clean-cut, organized tools, presentable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice‑to‑Have:
- Experience in HVAC
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability
