Lead DispatcherPhoenix, AZ |  Full-Time | In-Office

$23/hour + Overtime + Performance-Based Commissions

Tuesday–Saturday ScheduleEmergency Air is seeking an experienced Lead Dispatcher to join our growing team in Phoenix. This role is ideal for a skilled dispatcher who excels in a fast-paced residential service environment and is prepared to transition into a leadership position.What You'll Do

  • * Lead and support the daily operations of the dispatch team and Office Manager 

    • *

  • * Manage technician schedules to maximize efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction

    • *

  • * Dispatch HVAC service calls using Service Titan

    • *

  • * Monitor call flow, job progress, and technician availability in real time

    • *

  • * Coach and mentor dispatchers on best practices, performance, and customer experience

    • *

  • * Collaborate with management to hit daily, weekly, and monthly business goals

    • *

  • * Assist with escalation handling and ensure high-level customer service standards

    • *

  • * Track KPIs and contribute to process improvementsWhat We're Looking For

    • *

  • * Required: Service Titan experience

    • *

  • * Required: Residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry experience

    • *

  • * Proven dispatch leadership or senior dispatcher experience preferred

    • *

  • * Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills

    • *

  • * Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

    • *

  • * Revenue-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and resultsCompensation & Benefits
