Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst, Advanced Therapies Supply Chain to support its growing Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC) team. This position will be based in Titusville, NJ.

As Lead Financial Analyst, you lead the reporting and analytics of the Advanced Therapies Supply Chain, focusing on the growing CARVYKTI CAR-T network while supporting new therapies and modalities like CD19xCD20 BiCAR. As the global FP&A lead, you will bring together the activities of Lentiviral and CAR-T Drug Product manufacturing sites, home office, and investments to frame results to Vice President and Senior Director leadership across J&J and external collaboration partner. For strategic finance support, you will lead end-to-end product cost and gross profit analyses, drive ATSC Long Range Financial Planning (LRFP) process, and evaluate cost improvement and investment opportunities.
This role will report to the ATSC Senior Finance Manager and work closely with the ATSC Finance Director.
Responsibilities:
- Lead consolidation and framing of financial forecasts and results across ATSC global network, including leadership dashboards and Cost of Goods Manufactured reporting
- Model LRFP cost trajectory and ATSC P&L in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate and track strategic projects (examples include cost improvement business case preparation, NPV / IRR analysis, and Capital Appropriation Requests)
- Provide budget management and business partnering for BiCAR program and other ATSC areas as needed
- Standardize and automate processes across ATSC team
- Partner with cross-functional finance teams (Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, Alliance) and business partners; inform and influence business decisions through financial metrics and analyses
- Liaise with external stakeholders and represent J&J Finance in CARVYKTI collaboration finance working group, competitiveness core team, and other external-facing forums as needed
- As ATSC network and product pipeline evolves, there may be changes in responsibilities and scope in the future
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- A minimum of 4 years of finance experience is required, preferably in large multi-national organization(s)
- Excellent analytical, accounting, and financial modeling capabilities are required
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skill is required
- Flexibility in working with global business partners within different time zones is required
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and evolving environment is required
- Supply chain finance and/or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
- Familiarity with automation and visualization tools is preferred
- Experience in cost accounting and J&J systems is preferred
- This position will be based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% domestic travel
