Are you passionate about math and eager to make a difference in the lives of students? We're looking for a Math Instructor / Tutor who will inspire, support, and guide students from K to 12th grade, helping them understand, master, and even love math. Looking for someone that understand and can teach Geometry.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
Teach/tutor in-center using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Passion for math and working with students
Be very comfortable with mathematics up to and including Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, and SAT-level math
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with learners of all ages
Eagerness to learn and be trained
Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
