Job Description

Our growing North Atlanta pool service team is looking for a sales-driven and highly organized Lead Office Administrator/ Manager to be the hub of our daily operations. What you'll do: 
  • Drive sales (inbound/outbound calls)
  • Manage technician schedules, routing, and inventory
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and office financials 
  • Own the customer relationship 
  • Deliver 5-star customer service

Requirements:
  • A problem-solver who can lead and motivate
  • A "people person" with a strong sales mindset
  • Hyper-organized with great computer skills
  • Comfortable with numbers and managing daily ops
  • A self starter that is able to work independently 
This is a full-time, In Person, M-F role (Typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) with seasonal extra hours. If you're ready to make a splash, apply now!
Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
