Job Description
Location: Gorham, Maine (Hybrid work available)
Pay: Starting at $27.50 D.O.E
Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating the day to day Payroll functions for all Goodwill Industries business units and Payroll staff; ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, training Payroll Specialists on payroll systems, and maintaining complete payroll records.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Demonstrated proficiency in computerized payroll system
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of classified information
- Demonstrated knowledge of general office practices
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
- Ability to work in an open environment
- Works well on and with a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Accounting
