Lead Pet Assistant

Adventures in Pet Sitting is not a "hobby" business. We provide high-level, technical care for dogs, cats, aquatics, birds, and farm animals. We are looking for a Lead Assistant who doesn't just love animals but loves excellence.

This role is designed for someone who thrives on variety. One day you’re managing a complex feeding schedule for exotics; the next, you’re pivoting to cover a last-minute emergency request in a thunderstorm. You are the person who reads the manual, follows the GPS, and leaves every home better than you found it.

What We Need From You:

Extreme Reliability: You are the "Lead." If the schedule changes at 7:00 AM, you are the one who helps us solve the puzzle.

Technical Mindset: You must be comfortable using our app for every visit, following detailed checklists, and communicating via video/text.

The "Dirty Work" Spirit: You don't mind Kansas weather, farm mud, or cleaning a bird cage. Passion for the animals is non-negotiable.

Availability: Flexibility is key. We operate 365 days a year. We need a partner who can handle a "split-shift" lifestyle (mornings/evenings/weekends) and is ready to step up during peak holiday seasons.

The Requirements:

Reliable Transportation: Must have a vehicle that can handle Kansas winters and rural city limits.

Tech Savvy: Ability to use JazzHR (including the video intro!), Precise Petcare, and group messaging.

Communication: You must be a "Proactive Communicator." We hate silence.
