Your Role & Impact

As Lead Clinician, PMHNP, you'll provide professional behavioral health services while serving as a consultant, educator, and resource to clinical staff. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise Behavioral Health Consultants, and support complex case management. You'll also assist in clinic operations, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient care.

What We're Looking For

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree

  • Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License

  • Current and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner License

  • Current and unrestricted State of California license for specialty

  • DEA Controlled Substances Registration Certificate

  • Furnishing Number issued by California Board of Registered Nursing

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in specialty area

  • Current CPR certification

  • Valid California Driver's License, auto liability insurance, and clean driving record

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to train and develop staff and engage in collaborative problem solving

  • Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish), experience with underserved populations
