Position Overview:We’re looking for an experienced Lead Renewal Specialist with a background in home improvement sales. This role focuses on reconnecting with previous homeowners and unclosed leads — helping them move forward with their remodeling projects.
Responsibilities:
Reconnect with previous customers and leads who showed prior interest
Rebuild interest and schedule qualified in-home appointments
Maintain detailed follow-up notes and progress tracking
Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals
Qualifications:
Experience in home improvement follow-up or sales required
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable
Knowledge of windows, doors, roofing, or siding preferred
Proven ability to turn old leads into new business
