Lead Memorable ToursShowcase The Villas at Foxwood’s spacious 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts, highlighting features such as modern kitchens, in-unit washers and dryers, open-concept floorplans, and private patios or balconies.

Stay in the KnowMonitor Brown Deer rental trends and local competitors to position The Villas at Foxwood as a premier living destination.

Support the TeamAssist with marketing campaigns, update online listings, contribute to social media, and help coordinate resident events that foster community.

Keep Things Running SmoothlyAccurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt, clear communication with prospects and residents alike.

Champion the Resident ExperienceBe a go-to resource for current residents, offering support, solving problems, and helping maintain a welcoming, responsive living environment.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and desire to grow within a dynamic, supportive team
