Job Title: Leasing Coordinator
Location: Hannibal, MO
Department: Adult Housing
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Occasional travel to Kirksville may be required)

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our housing operations-managing leases, supporting resident retention, and ensuring properties meet safety and compliance standards. You'll collaborate with residents, maintenance teams, and housing staff to deliver outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Marketing: Promote available units, manage leasing activities, and build positive relationships with residents
Application Processing: Review applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely communication
Resident Support: Respond to inquiries, coordinate services, and assist with housing stability
Maintenance Coordination: Track and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution
Rent Oversight: Monitor rent collection and maintain proactive communication with residents
Retention & Compliance: Support retention efforts and ensure annual housing inspections are completed
Education & Experience Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in leasing, housing, or a related field preferred
Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field is preferred
Licensing Requirements
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record
Current auto insurance
Additional Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse populations
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
