Responsibilities: Provide litigation support for insurance defense matters from intake through trial and resolution Draft, format, proofread, and file pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence Manage case files, calendaring, court filings, service of process, and litigation deadlines Coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, trial preparation, and related logistics Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary in insurance defense litigation Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, e-filing requirements, and docket management Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PDF tools, and legal case management systems Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines Interested in hearing more?
