Legal Pre-litigation Case Manager - Monthly Bonuses! Applicants MUST have a minimum of one year experience in a personal injury pre-litigation role to be considered. Job Overview: We have an immediate opening for PRE-LITIGATION CASE MANAGERS to join our fast-paced team. This position plays a critical role in the firm’s success, and the right fit to join our team is an energetic, reliable team player who is extremely detail oriented, organized, and has a real passion for personal injury law. Duties/Responsibilities: Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects. Draft and send welcome letters. Set up claims for third party liability and first party PIP/UIM/UIM. Draft and send letters of representation. Follow up on liability status on a daily basis. Monitor medical treatment. Take calls for questions and concerns on treatment/case status updates. Input medical providers to tabs. Verify balances. Draft and send demands. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, and other related matters. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Filevine Case Management system preferred. Bilingual preferred but not required. Education & Experience: Experience in plaintiff personal injury or related field required. Experience in automobile insurance or related field preferred. Salary Commensurate with experience. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certification.
